Refund and Returns Policy

KlarPfad Digital provides online educational programs focused on management strategy, consulting insight, and public relations communication. Because all learning materials are delivered digitally and become accessible immediately after enrollment, refund requests are handled according to the guidelines described below.

When a participant enrolls in a KlarPfad Digital program, access to the educational platform and course materials is granted automatically. This includes lesson modules, downloadable learning resources, and interactive exercises designed to support professional development.

Due to the digital nature of the content, refunds cannot be guaranteed once substantial course access has occurred. However, participants may request a refund within the review period described below.


2. Refund Request Window

Participants may submit a refund request within five (5) calendar days from the date of purchase.

This review period allows learners to explore the platform interface and review initial learning materials to determine whether the program meets their expectations.

Refund requests submitted after the review period has expired will generally not be eligible for consideration.


3. Conditions for Refund Eligibility

Refund requests may be approved when course engagement remains limited and the learning materials have not been extensively used.

Eligibility may depend on several factors, including:

• the number of lesson modules accessed
• the extent of downloadable resource usage
• participation in interactive exercises or assignments

KlarPfad Digital may review platform activity logs to confirm the level of course participation before approving a refund.


4. Multi-Course Access Programs

Certain programs provide access to multiple training modules or extended learning pathways.

For these programs:

• the same five-day request period applies
• refund eligibility may depend on the level of platform engagement
• extensive participation across several lessons may limit refund approval

These guidelines help maintain fairness while protecting the integrity of the educational materials provided.


5. Technical Requirements

Participants are responsible for ensuring that they have suitable technical access before purchasing a program.

This includes:

• a stable internet connection
• a compatible device capable of viewing digital course materials
• basic familiarity with online learning environments

Refunds cannot be issued due to device incompatibility, software limitations, or internet connectivity issues after enrollment.


6. Processing Approved Refunds

If a refund request is approved, the payment will be returned to the original payment method used during the purchase.

Depending on the payment provider and financial institution, processing times may vary. Most refunds are completed within 7–14 business days, although some providers may require additional time.
